RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my order?
Yes, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 12 days of receiving the item.

In order to process a return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The item must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

  2. Damage caused by improper handling, use, or wear is not eligible for return.

  3. Hygiene-sensitive items must be completely unused and sealed to be accepted.

  4. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.

  5. If the order has already been prepared, packed, or shipped, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation or restocking fee.

  6. Customers are responsible for return shipping, as well as any applicable customs, duties, or handling fees.

  7. All return requests must be approved by our team before sending anything back.

  8. Returns sent without approval, or outside the return window, will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To begin your return, contact our team at hello.missavery@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged

You will receive further instructions after your request is reviewed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear images and your order number. We verify all claims based on tracking timestamps. Late claims may be denied.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the funds to reflect, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellations

If you request a cancellation after placing your order, a cancellation fee may apply to cover processing and fulfillment costs. Cancellations are not guaranteed once the order is in progress.

Gifts

If marked as a gift at checkout, approved returns will be refunded as store credit via digital gift card.

Final Notice

We do not offer free returns. All associated shipping, customs, and handling costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
